Probably some oil in the Delts & Biceps here.... But not crazy amounts. Biceps don't look too enhanced. He Could've/Should've ended the synthol usage here.

Whatever he did in prep for that show in the video must have been crazy. He looked like he knew that moment was a result of everything done going right.

He talked about being a soccer player in one of his training videos. He apparently hit the gym after his doctor said he needed more leg strength or else he'd have knee problems.
