Chest is lagging, but not totally lost.

His legs is quite bad. Probably a blend of laziness on leg day & bad genetics for leg size

Typical prison built physique....all upper body never legs....he'll enjoy competing here and there and make a few bucks from social media popularity but that's it. I think it's too late to bring up those legs at this stage.

You are wrong he can still bring up his legs if starts doing some hardcore squats and lunges.

I bet that he Just cannot find the motivation to bring up his legs to match his arms.

He can make improvements but he's very unlikely to bring the size needed to match his upper body now he's will into his 30's.

Dave really competed in the wrong era. When he was at his peak he would be destroying these new guys getting their cards now a days.
