After strenuous endurance exercise I think it is about the best think you can drink.

Most getbiggers probably achieve this level of exertion on Triceps Day as well.

I like to top off my glycogen stores at all times to be ready for long-range travel by foot on an uncertain energy budget.

Is Rami a proponent of chocolate milk nutrition?

I don't know much about him although I wish him well.

Although not certain I'd say that his forest forays could possibly be fuelled by a combination of chocolate milk and some form of starchy carb/legume regiment.

I don't know a great deal about him either, a bit of a enigma but seems like a staunch chap.

BigRo has also been known to march off into the wilderness in search of forgotten bodybuilding secrets, maybe he can speak on this.

Well that depends on whether or not you are "willing to sacrifice in order win."

Yes Chiro, 100g of waxy maize/dextrose/lucozade/golden syrup mix is needed, if you are going to be 'declaring war on the weights' and 'doing battle in the arena'

I buy a brand of chocolate milk in Aldi, that only had 50g of sugar per 300ml - I put it in my shaker cup and add 2 raw eggs which makes it roughly:

50g Carbs
35g Protein
20g Fat

That's not a bad ratio, but when I add a double snickers and 2 cans of stella afterwards its pretty fucking pointless
That does sound pretty fucking good!

I usually have a Frijj milkshake post workout within that crucial 20 minute anabolic window to prevent my muscles from going into a catabolic state.
No worse feeling than having a great workout but forgetting that vital post workout shake to feed your pumped muscles with nutrients and proteins.

Mods please delete this thread, if the word gets out that all you need is chocolate milk it will be the end of the supplement industry and no sponsor money for the athletes.
