It is difficult to build up big lean arms, when that tall and that long of arms.

Im lucky to have slightly shorter arms, and shorter bicep insertions.

And im fortunate to be much fatter.

What's also more difficult is dieting and doing cardio, losing weight yet keeping weak parts full when taking minimal gear....off course Shizzo knows all abt this from experience

Yup. 6'3 too. Tough to put on any decent size for my frame. I have a 31" waist, 48" chest and just under 18" arms and I look skinny in clothes. A curse.

Of course, you can't juice and train your way to tallness, so I got that going for me.

You can increase your height by few inches through surgical procedure, it is a fucking nightmare though, the break your knees and plant some kind of metal rod and I think it takes about 6 months to recover from it.

Not sure about the movie haven't seen it, but its routinely performed in China and is fucking expensive beyond belief and you might not ever fully recover from it.

I went from a normal 5'10" 155 pounds in 8th grade to an unbelievably dorky 6'4" 155 in 9th. Apparently there is an expectation that God bestows basketball knowledge when he drops 6" on you in 8 months.

Height is great, once you grow into it.
