My right forearm is only 12 inches, but my left forearm is 19.  I still can't figure out why...

Actually, I'm not talking about arm size or bicep size. I'm talking about forearms.

Whats the proper way to measure? Because if you crush your forearm against your upperarm the measurement is going to be exagerated. 14" with my forearm outstreched.

thanks bro, yeh well they are around 16.5'' when pumped and mid offseason weight.. Which was in the pic u see above i weighed around 190lbs.. When im standing next to flex i weighed 170lbs and he weighed 210lbs offseason i think, so 40lbs difference! He does have huge forearms and calves though!

No disrespect man, I take your word for it! Seems legit enough! So, how does Flex look in person? I bet those calves are insane :o
