MMA fighter would go to prison for 10 years at least in Poland. We have this retarded law that says your defense should be "adequate" to the attack, whatever the fuck that means. It's pretty much open to interpretation and jurisdiction is slightly moving towards letting people to do more nad more in their defense but still, the very idea that one could "measure" how much danger you are in is moronic.

In some jurisdictions in the US, the fact that he is a trained fighter would work against him as his personal definition of "reasonable" would be lower. Retardation.
