I was wondering that yesterday when. I saw it on tv. My guess is they are suppose to be clean and can be tested but they don't test them. There is no way most of the top girls were not running something. They were thick

Yeah, not tested. Someone asked them directly a couple of years ago, and they were like "fuck that shit" in a very round about answer.

In practice, it doesn't really happen much at all. It's more directly around contest time, so someone would just have to watch the the dosing like in bodybuilding events -

Read few places that the top croffitters don't train cross fit until a month or so before the competitions. They train traditional Oly lifts/compound movements instead . ...says a lot about cross fit
