Maybe you should calculate? Many people spend thousands of dollars per year on supplements without even realizing it.

I used to take a pre workout, creatine and whey protein. I quit all that shit a long time ago. I spend $0 on any supplements.

Chicken legs with rice 2 dollars
1 litre of beer 1 dollar
veggies 1 dollar

5 dollars.

This is how much I eat when no bodybuilding.

I spend a lot of money on food buying the highest quality food that money can buy cause there is nothing more important than health and eating clean natural non process food ensures that you stay healthy.

For those of you eating cheap process food when you are old you will have pain all over and you will be visiting the doctor on a regular basis.

Prob about 3 dollars a day...however I fix all of my meals from scratch like Adonis...no processed foods so I eat very well.

Around 12-16$ which is an absolute minimum. If I had more money I would probably spend 30 or more.
I dream of a Rockefeller like eating utopia with the most expensive goods imported from all over the world neatly arranged by servants on a table more expensive than most people's houses.  :P

€16.36 for 3 bottles of wine and 4 cans of stella from tesco. Expensive but  keeps me happy and anabolic.

might be some beef and chicken added from time to time.
