No...there are three meals with 8oz of raw protein in each of them.  The only thing I keep frozen is the brocolli florets, salmon raw shrimp.  The rest is fresh off the market.  I just buy in bulk and utilize coupons

I've been kicking around the idea of trying to go 30 days without paying for any of my food.

Meal 1. organic whole milk from grass fed cows with steel cut oats mixed with raw chocolate powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. 1 apple and 1 banana or berries.

Meal 2. organic rice with chicken breast, beef or fish and a salad consisting of brocoli,cabbage and spinach mix with organic extra virgin olive oil.

Meal 3. organic whole eggs with rice and the same salad as lunch.

If I need a snack between meals I snack on almonds and brazilian nuts.

When I am eating out I mostly eat sushi.
