The trainer high quality expensive meal.
Meal 1. organic whole milk from grass fed cows with steel cut oats mixed with raw chocolate powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. 1 apple and 1 banana or berries.
Meal 2. organic rice with chicken breast, beef or fish and a salad consisting of brocoli,cabbage and spinach mix with organic extra virgin olive oil.
Meal 3. organic whole eggs with rice and the same salad as lunch.
If I need a snack between meals I snack on almonds and brazilian nuts.
When I am eating out I mostly eat sushi.
