Big Ramy is big in the real sense of the word

He's the only really BIG bodybuilder with lines nowadays. There used to be more in times past.

Wolf is also classified as big, but lankier and lacking in lines and shape, with a serious gut problem that disappoints every year.

Kai, Phil, Branch etc are small fragile men in comparison. Nor do they have a nice looking package (no homo). They are the the best in terms of muscularity yes, but they are ruined physique already and looked better younger. Their frame are not up to par.

Jay is the former BIG guy i the O, yet he was blown away like debris standing next to Ramy. Made big Jay look like a kid. Phil or Kai have never blown anyone ( :) ) away like that.

Whether Ramy will ever win or not, he is the most exciting to watch now because he is full grown with a proper frame to support all his drugged up lbs. They way it should be  8)

This is a good head to torso ratio ^^ Not seen in the smaller, big headed guys.

I doubt ramy is on any more gear than the rest.


If more always=better.... wouldnt the rest of top tier guys just jump on more gear?

Ramy is a genetic elite.

Should be Mr. O if he can get his legs conditioned.

I think that most of the genetic elite never are temped to take drugs. They don't need drugs.


Insecure people, who that have lesser genetics will abuse drugs and they will PRETEND to be elite.

Nasser was better in '96 (better conditioning though a bit lighter). The disqualification was a joke.

Looks like his head contains a brain that can only serve as to guide his body in certain directions and maintain the most vital functions. Schmoe material at its best, no doubt. No homo.

The thing is, people assume he just takes a ton more. You think kai wouldn't do whatever it took to be freakier?

But he just isn't genetically as gifted as ramy. That video of him in 2010 when he had just started out... He was pretty tanky.

What asymmetry? Who cares about the veins when you have the greatest structure and muscle bellies of all time at 6'1? Paul pinned mostly his rear delts with Esiclene/Nolotil, not arms, entire delts and probably other muscles with oil like Ramy... Still Paul was bigger and the freak of all freaks, with aesthetic... Watch out, i don't want to start an endless debate...  ;D
