Training Motivation- The Great and Little things

Sometimes in life, great pain can lead you down the road to true greatness, (though you can't see it at the time) so never forget that pain and never stop it from motivating you.

But sometimes so can just the little things in life like watching a movie.

I watched the Three Musketeers again last night.

And this morning, I created a semblance of Dogtanian's  beard mustache on my face and now I am ready for battle.

And "sometimes when the seagulls follow the trawler, it is because they know sardines will be thrown into the sea".
