I prefer to train instinctively and shock the muscles into new growth.

I wish I had a go-pro in my glory days.  VCR cameras were about $1200 back then.

Very useful training tool imo

filming from the side might show if you break parallel but it won't give you a great lifting Selfie the way hooking the camera on the bar will.

You need to throw in a flag nor fail, legends of aesthetics, elitefts, etc etc, graphic printed shirt for motivation.
