Ice cream

Figured i'd go for a jog but had this headache so popped a couple of asprin hoping the headache wouldve subsided by the time i'm ready to run but no luck. I figured screw it im catchin up on my reading. 10 min into the book and i go grab some smarties icecream promo tub to snack on. Shortly half the tub is gone and so is my headache. Mood elevated and im actually thinking of doing some work.

I know the damn tub probably had a lot of sugar and shit so maybe thats causing the elevated mood. but i feel much better and ready to go.

Anyone else dig into some icecream and turn their day around? Food o the devil.

Thought you meant chocolate as in chocolate bar. I wouldn't know the difference in cocoa powder, as most cocoa powder here is Dutch (Blooker, Verkade).
