Am I to assume it was a rather uncomfortable procedure?

They can numb your scrot, but not what's inside. So in theory you should not feel the cuts themselves. But one problem is that a sack is thin-walled. Easy to overshoot and inject the anesthetic into the cavity itself, instead of the skin they will be cutting. This happened on my right side, so I actually felt the cut being made. Yes I made that fact known instantly.

The tubes themselves were not anesthetised at all, but the yanking on those is more nauseating than painful. Really odd feeling. Honestly I prefer regular pain to that experience.

When he put some kind of metal clamp on my tubes It felt like a knife going in further up in my stomach, and then I could feel the soldering thingy literally singe my tubes in half, and the smell  No bacon sandwiches for a long time.
