It looks like a water buffalo hump. I believe he uses it to store nutrient and additional glycogen to push through those hard sets. Cocoon mode x1000

well, when I was in the hospital for my leg surgery last year, they had me listed as "Morbidly Obese" and I was 264 @6'1 so I'm sure his BMI is much higher, so technically a big % of us is obese

I have a buffalo hump. I think having a heavy bar grinding there is mostly the cause. But I have too much fat in the overall neck area, I'm worrying about it :-\
