Just more overpriced crap clogging shelves everywhere.

His fart powder is no better or worse than any others. And if there IS a difference, it certainly isn't enough to make ANY difference in your physique/strength gaols.

As another says, Phil never used his own powder to win anything. It wasn't in existence. And now, even if he uses his own product, how would he even know if it's working? His drug and hormone use is so powerful, and of such importance to what he looks like today, that any positive outcome from supplement use is negligible.

And as another member says, the stock ingredients for these powders are acquired from the same distribution companies that sell to every other fart-powder company.

I was there when MuscleTech began ... I was working for Pinnacle during its bodybuilding supps phase ... and I have seen the whole scene from the inside, for decades.

Heath's crap is no better or worse than buying some eggs and a steak. And drinking some coffee before hitting the gym.

He represents the truest definition of false advertising.

Go fuck yourself, Heath.

Hawking supplements is one of the staples of revenue generation in the industry and has been for decades.  Heath would be foolish not to capitalize on his status as Mr. Olympia and do likewise.  His supplements will be no better than the rest, but if an uninformed consumer pays too much for his products, buyer beware.  The public need to stop allowing a name endorser, or flashy labels sway their purchases and actually learn to read labels.   As the saying goes, a fool and his money are soon parted.

it cannot be that heath put out a product that is causing all this, were talking a life time of suffering, blaming their shitty gains on the supplement industry who didnt deliver steroid-like-results  :D

It's all the same shit.

a little history lesson.  my ex was an exec for NBTY, which owns Nature's Bounty, and all of the Vitamin World stores. I had cupboards filled to the top with every supplement known to man. I could literally use as much protein as I wanted , any kind, and never run out.  so I did.  they are all the same, I never used one that visibly made a difference in my body.

you can post all of the pseudoscience and marketing stuff you want, I know from first hand experience

You sound like the kind of guy who continually gets 2nd place at 3rd tier shows due to your lack of understanding of all aspects of the anabolic window.

It's the Principle of Associative Anabolic Properties.

It's like when a person shops at the same Payless Shoes as Idris Elba.  They appear buffer and smarter as a result.

TWO MONTHS? I wish. A bag that size would last me three weeks (four, if I stretch it).

Not quite. But, I'm working on it. I'm an offseason 231. I'm hoping to get to 240 by the end of the year.

Your count must be off. No way are you the same size taking over 4 times as much protein, unless the rest of your diet was pitiful (i.e. no carbs).

i use three criteria:

1.  taste
2.  solubility
3.  grams of protein / cal

and to a lesser extent price... according to these three, i alternate between ON 100% natural and isopure.  lol @ anyone who tries to assess the "effectiveness" of a protein powder

gayer than phil heath ::)

For over 25 years. And I've enjoyed every bit of it.
