never done a comp but wouldnt step on stage above 5-6% bone dry ever.
havent used diuretics so maybe 7% wouldve been enough to get glute striations with diuretic use.
all my fat sits in lower abs and butt, so i actually had a 1mm fat skinfold at chest and 2mm at quad but still like 8mm at my abs and a female looking ass
