That tuna burger looked pretty good but I think Adonis would have another opinion
I do.
The cheap English Muffin for starters not to mention that what is the point since the "Ezekiel" Muffins are way too small to serve as a vehicle for the Tuna. Besides, Ezekiel is pure garbage and nobody should be subjected to eating such tasteless cardboard. The Tuna certainly was not rare, but cooked. Hard to tell how much, but certainly not rare. Personally, I would not want it rare, but sounds like Dave was expecting it to be so.
Lets see, there is no sauce whatsoever, therefore no taste. No idea why they decided to throw eggwhites on top of that mess. That will just make it taste even worse and even add a gummy texture to the whole sad ensemble. The sweet potatoes had next to no caramelization, and I see that they put nothing on them at all. No brown sugar, no butter, no cinnamon, no pecans. What a waste.
Dave has no clue what type of mushrooms they are and calls them "Shira-take", something he just made up. They are in fact portobello and probably are the only saving grace of the whole dish. However, I doubt that they are seasoned at all and probably have no finishing oil on them whatsoever.
Dave should have just gone to Mcdonalds instead.
