Why do premiums keep increasing in Florida?
« on: August 06, 2014, 08:06:30 AM »
Private health insurance costs increasing. Only those who qualify for subsidies will benefit and even they are starting from a higher than expected base rate. What about those that don't qualify for subsidies.

HEHEHEHEH!! I thought there was supposed to be a $2500 average saving on health insurance PER FAMILY PER YEAR?

I've been against Obamacare since Day One.  Nice way to fail.  Again.

The way I see it, people have four choices:

  • A. Go without coverage, and risk health calamities, all while being subject to fines.
  • B. Opt-in for the solution TheGrinch proposes which is nothing but crying & whining.
  • C. They can pit their influence with their reps. against that of the Insurance companies to change it
  • D. They can make more money... so much so that increased costs don't even bother them

I don't know about the rest of you all, ...but if I were in your position, ...I'd take Option D.
