My missus had it other day. From both ends.
I have never, ever known here to smell bad but Jesus wept the whole of the upstairs was rancid.
The cats eyes were watering.

We had a barbeque with the two danger foods

Chicken and seafood you deshell yourself

And took the kids to tgi Fridays

Where the food took an hour to come mine tasted 're heated

I started to feel shit about four hours later

Driving back down to England

I basically felt like shitting myself for the last three hours

But it was just me and the kids so I stayed in emergency parent mode

When I got home I ran upstairs didn't get away from the bowl for 12 hours

Hope you're feeling better now! And that you're able to eat again.
It is more important to eat something - even if it's not perfect BB-food.

I prefer plain yoghurt, saltines, hard dry (Dutch) biscuits, chicken soup, banana or plain white rice when my insides are that much upset. Oh, and tea, lots and lots of weak black tea.

Couple over the road from me get all their bread and pasta from the chemist on prescription, free fucking prescription at that.

I and every other fucking taxpayer is paying for their bread.

I'm on a GF diet for 2-3 years now, and I can eat almost anything I want. Pasta, dumplings, cakes, pies... You just have to be creative and know your way around the kitchen. And shop smart. Going GF actually boosted my creativity in cooking.

If you need recipes, let me know.
