In all serious now....

How can someone successfully diet on that much food?t3/clen arent THAT effective. And phil only weighs around 250 I think.

No way is he eating all that food and getting in the condition he does.

These articles are a joke and not just for the ad placement. A smart competitors diet changes on a weekly, sometimes daily bases as they grow into the show.

Seems like he would get fat on just half that food.

How fat he gets boils down to his insulin sensitivity. Everyone's varies, article is bs but that doesn't mean that's too much food for him.

How fat he gets depends on how many cals over maintainance he takes in.

Phil and FLEX, two utter chronic lying bs products in a perfect match. Phil's physique is 99% drugs, nutrition plays a very small role in how he looks. Modern bodybuilding is a complete scam.

His insulin sensitivity is what creates those numbers in terms of fat gain and loss

Ruhl always told that so cool at his seminars. Immedeately after the contest they do all the photoshoots that the mags have their material for the entire year. And a couple of months later he sees himself on the cover of Flex magazine, skips through it and thinks "hmmm, that's my training plan? interesting, never ever done that exercise.....That's my meal plan? Wow, I don't even like fish...". They print their stupid shit without even talking to the atheltes...

Didn't Gifted Nutrition supplements just come out? Has he not been preparing for the Olympia for a number of months?

The timeline seems off.

Not really. Just because it was just released to the public doesn't mean there wasn't a finished product for Heath. Some products are often used by bodybuilders long before the masses get it.

The late Greg Kovacs used an unflavored version of Meso-Tech before the flavored versions hit the stores. By his own admission, it tasted horrible but he used it anyway, as he only used 4 packs of Meso-Tech vs. 8 packs of Met-Rx.

daily, that's 15 scoops and 2 pills?  A total of 17 servings.

Awesome discipline right there.

Pretty sure BFG gave plenty of cycles that Olympians have done. Now it would be too bad if that were to find its way onto Facebook by some troll.
