I trained chest and tris this morning and just now I had a crippling cramp in my right pec. I couldn't bring my right arm forward. My left shoulder is still a little dorked out from a shoulder injury, so I effectively became an armless man for a few minutes.

"Functional muscle" Oh brother. If somebody would have delivered a roundhouse kick to the chin, I would have been ragdolled.

Cramp in arch of foot is a bitch but haven't had cramp in years. First time I got a bad cramp was in hamstring and didn't know you're supposed to stretch muscle so just lay there whimpering while my older sisters took the piss out of me  ( I was 8 or 9)
