I had a friend with the same weight set in his basement. Vinyl treasures. He had huge pec and would come to school and complain that his "tits hurt" when going up the stairs the day after bench pressing

He had a stack of huge amps and giant speakers so we blasted our fav's

im in process of building ultimate home basement gym, so far i got a power rack,flat/incline/decline bench/ dumbell rack from 10 to 110/lat pulldown with low pulley row/im gonna get standing calf and leg press/hack machine next

Yes, that is a squat rack. The safety catch is set a a great depth in case I get stuck.

The best treadmill I have ever been on is my True brand. It sits broken and I think I can fix it but I have been too lazy. This Sole brand is the back up. It's okay but doesn't feel half as solid as the True.

my ceilings only 8and a half feet so i was sweating it out with the power rack,i found one that was 8ft even. im 49 yrs old n to b honest i dont need to pay for a  gym anymore, i have a 8 yr old son who i want to train also n my wife wants to get in shape so i can use my 40yrs of knowledge to help them,u guys think its to early to inject my son with sustanon or should i wait afew more yrs,just kidding , i just got some nile company organon sust yesterday n man oh man i love those amps

man that heavy bag just put the finishing touch on it, u should get some grappling mats also if u dont already have them so u can roll around n do some drilling, man i wish i lived close to u id b really happy to train in a gym like that n also i can pick your brain on training n diet info,guy like u n wes know your stuff from putting in all those yrs
