BB must be pretty popular considering there are top athletes in proper sports that don't have as many FB fans as some IFBB pro's.

Most of these numbers are fake followers just bought to inflate egos / fool noobs.

A not foolproof, but easy way to check at first, is see which is their most followed city.  Kai has Cairo...classic place to buy likes. 

Anyone who thinks any bodybuilder not from Austria has 2 million genuine followers is sniffing glue.

Bodybuilding.com is one of the biggest websites in the world and they only have 2.5million and even then they fake it (number one city - New Delhi).

they can buy 10.000 indian or chinese facebook likes for not many bucks. It is no surprise that Phil and Kai does not love each other and it would not surprise me if any of  them buy likes to have more than the other person.
