Doesn't matter now, bipartisan vote.
Of course it matters - our politicians should be held accountable for their mistakes; that a vote on an issue was bipartisan doesn't mean it wasn't wrong.
Obama ruined it.
No doubt Obama's approach was both short-sighted and politically motivated and it will make the situation more difficult to handle. But he hardly ruined it: Iraq was a clusterfuck before Obama and it will be a clusterfuck after Obama.
