Any gearheads here? No, not that kind of gear.  ;D
 Honda tuning magazine is gone.
I'm guessing the import movement is over.
Long live American muscle :D

Not sad to see the japanese movement die. Worst kind of hot rodders imo, worse even than redneck 'got my edelbrock carb, manifold, and flowmasters baby' type guys

Can't stand the lame ass hondas buzzing around with their horrible exhausts and NOS stickers. Not as prevalent these days but up until 5 years ago those import dorks were everywhere.

Never understood why the import fags went with their shit vtechs ...etc. The mods were expensive and netted not much HP/dollar.

Compared to GM LS or Ford platforms where a big V8 with a shipload of power and relatively cheap performance mods for the dollar are readily available.

God I remember the whole Fast N Furious culture of the early 2000's. Those were simpler times.

It was about modding cars period, not just Hondas.

I remember taking my 97 Lexus ES300 with 18 inch chrome wheels, Dvd player and Playstation in the glove box, to the parking lot of a local Taco Bell on friday nights.

It was where half the kids in the city would show up (to show off) they're rides.

It's funny how things change in the span of a decade.

Yeah the average honda looks terrible.

But a stock looking CRX with a nice K-series or a H22 is a very quick and fun to drive car, for low $$.

Nobody I know thinks loud FART sounding exhausts on Honda Preludes with huge rear spoilers looks/sounds cool these days...
These days people want their NAVIGATION/AUDIO interface, and preferably on a Hyundai GENESIS coupe!

I don't follow Honda, but I don't think we get that option here.
Honda/Acura has been lost for a while. Once the S2000 ended, it heralded the end for Honda's "Vtec kicked in, bro" era. Hell, even their sport bikes seem to be falling behind (from what I have heard).

I just recently saw a stock Civic Si with a Honda Racing sticker...made me chuckle.

The Civic coupe was an amazing car!  Honda's are about being light weight and having a nimble suspension and a high revving engine.

Before you hate on Honda, go out and drive one.

The problem with Honda is they turned there back on the tuner crowd.  Honda and Acura seem lost right now.

X2, I'm not a big fan of Honda cars but they are not about big power drag cars, they are like what u just posted

Only true car enthusiasts can appreciate different kinds of cars, others don't get it

I guess people didn't want to read articles about how to tune this.  I can't understand why.  :-\  It probably only weights 2990 pounds and looks like it was beat with the ugly stick!

Toyota is pure garbage these days as well and offers nothing.  No Supra, No Mr-2, No nothing.

I even liked the mid-engined supercharged MR2s from the 80s.  VERY fast little car with exceptional handling.  Still awesome to drive today.

Still shit. Those genesis coupes have like 350hp & get 15mpg

In my 07 vette with headers & exhaust I'm at 430hp & get easily 18-20 city & 30-33 hwy

I had 2 of those, awesome cars. SW20 turbo still on my wishlist.

For new cars, I like the GT86!

Toyota has the GT86 (also known as "Scion FR-S" in the US - almost the same car as the Subaru BR-Z) which is one of the most fun cars you can buy today.
