Question:
Simon's Answer:
Result: Always the same: Owned.

Finished

OK lets look at what I wrote
"Nothing from a single one"
Can you think of another way that may be intended than how it first appears?
"Nothing from a single one" can mean that a single one has taught me nothing but a multitude has.
So I could have learned things from many sources but nothing unique from a single one.

My next post about Dorian not saying anything someone hadn't said before validates that point.

Drop it Simone. You were/are a joke as pointed out by Junior. Stick to the UK forum where you can erase posts when you have no rebuttal. It is funny watching you getting angry and desperate. You should PM your fat fuck friend pigmc to come in and help you with some support..as soon as he gets over the bad sperm tryst
You keep repeating that like you believe it.
Stick to creating FB pages for Radu that no one posts on.
Does he actually know you set it up?
You can add that to your own list of failed FB pages

haha cool stuff .. yeah you can train with him for your upcoming bout but if I were you I would not worry. People like him get wings only when behind a keyboard. He is a self confessed shy guy in real life and has a mild form of mental disorder.

Also currently negotiations under way  for the Bigmc vs Wolfox match  ;D
Can I come train with you and Radu one weekend in Romania, I would love that.
Peace

LOL! Stay away from Advil, but 300mg Anadrol a day for 12 years is not a problem.
No one ever died from steroids.

Used to go to world gym Ronkonkoma ny, maybe 20 years ago. And every day ask questions to a guy there.  Impressive physique.  A year later saw him on a met rx ad. Was joe pacello ifbb pro. Asked him why he didn't saw, he just smiled. Was very down to earth. Good guy.
Working out at Adirondack barbell and getting to talk to bill Crawford every day and work out with them priceless ..
Read a lot on nutrition,  and other basics.
Learned the most by actually competing.  Best way to learn.
25 years later (started at 10) still learning .
Read some Dave tate, Eric cressey, etc
However it's not always best to learn from articles and dvd's. People have stated watching dvd's etc. That and in person are 2 different things. Things are changed for the dvd's. Plus you're seeing what a pro does now, not for the 20 years before. Plus you're probably not on the same "regimen" so to speak. Have seen people with glucose iv's to replenish,  etc....
Watching dvd doesn't compare to actually experience.  If you want to really learn, take the dive and compete... it's the best learning experience.
