BODYBUILDING 101: For those that "think" you are in shape and are ready for the IFBB Pro ranks, here is what "Pro Conditioning" looks like at 1 week out. When you have spider veins in your lower back, and your face is so sucked in that you can see the white of your cheek bones through your skin, and you can slide a small book in between your hamstring separation, and your chest is double striated... Then you have earned the right to say you are ready for the Pro's.

I wish he would commentate during the Olympia Webcast again. He did a great job in 2011. Was refreshing listening to his honesty without none of the "cumming in peeled" and "striated glute" rubbish we normally hear.
