NEVER happened...
20 years later ( from 22-42rs old) I still look exactly the m&fcking same.
No matter the workout, which supplements, anabolic window, malto vs waxy maize, the training split, which protein powder, how much protein powder, the diet, keto vs low carb vs Rheo Blair egg/cream shakes, the training guru I paid, the amount of gear, UG vs HG, which fat burner, fasted cardio vs HIT vs long duration, etc...
