Bernie Mac didn't kill himself... he died of pneumonia, he died in the hospital.

Rush Limbaugh: Robin Williams killed himself because of a ‘political leftist’ attitude

adio host Rush Limbaugh on Tuesday said that actor Robin Williams’ alleged suicide was caused by his “political leftist” state of mind.

“What is the left’s world view in general?” Limbaugh asked his audience the day after Williams’ death was announced. “If you had to attach, not a philosophy, but an attitude to a leftist world view. It’s one of pessimism, and darkness, sadness. They’re never happy, are they?”

“They’re animated in large part by the false promises of America because the promises of America are not for everyone,” he continued, pointing to a Fox News report that suggested Williams had struggled with financial issues, and survivor’s guilt after the deaths of entertainers like Christopher Reeve, Andy Kaufman and John Belushi.

“Robin Williams felt guilty that he was still alive while his three friends had died young, and much earlier than he had,” the conservative talker explained. “He could never get over the guilt that they died and he didn’t.”

“Well, that is a constant measurement that is made by political leftists in judging the country.”

Listen to the audio below from The Rush Limbaugh Program, broadcast Aug. 12, 2014.

Damn, Rush is out of his mind. If he really believed this, then why would a right wing guy like Rush get addicted to oxy's? Certainly he was smart enough to know they were extremely addicting before he even started them.

Maybe Robin is kicking TAs dog this very minute.

Impossible, since TA's dog is in Heaven.

Fucking cliche corner this thread.

Tears of a clown.

Inner angst.

How about "some rich girl who took too much coke & booze"?

How about he would have been fine working a 9 to 5? But given the cash and the drugs his succes gave him, he just fucked himself up?

No? It really has to be more complex?

Your day to die will come.

Perhaps "know-it-all's" and Scoffers will ridicule you too.

Or maybe I will take every day as it comes, count my blessings, not immerse myself in booze & coke.

Then maybe I wont suffer from this first world depression and feel angst over having to sell my $35m ranch.

Yes it will

And I shall not seek death down

Because I'm not a self-pitying cnut

That's good. But not everyone who commits suicide originally set out to do so. Somewhere along the line; their mind got messed up.

"Script For A Jester's Tear"

So here I am once more in the playground of the broken hearts
One more experience, one more entry in a diary, self-penned
Yet another emotional suicide overdosed on sentiment and pride
Too late to say I love you, too late to re-stage the play
Abandoning the relics in my playground of yesterday
I'm losing on the swings, I'm losing on the roundabouts
I'm losing on the swings, I'm losing on the roundabouts
Too much, too soon, too far to go, too late to play, the game is over
The game is over

Possibly...However, Robin had offspring. So his bloodline lives on. The only way to get out of this realm is to not breed in said realm.

That's good. But not everyone who commits suicide originally set out to do so. Somewhere along the line; their mind got messed up.

Indeed.

But the prevailing 'wisdom' in this thread is that poor Robin was forever a tortured sould and used comedy as a mask.

I presume a lot of people here knew him personally to make that assessment.

Drugs & booze change your brain chemistry. He took a lot of both.

Just another victim of the "rock and roll" lifestyle lots of famous people take  up.
