Branch and JOJ Leg Workout

This is the first time I've them do legs. 



Disgraceful.  And I see why JOJ has chicken legs.

They look like they struggle with 225 already and don't even want to train legs.

But they are like ninety eight years old, their knees have taken a shit ton of damage so they can't have the same intensity in leg training.

I wish I could sell my soul to get some sort of metal exoskeleton like wolverine, that would be awesome, then I would bounce squat every day !

please refer to Phil Heath leg workout 15 weeks out, where he was doing leg extensions and 4 plate leg presses

You do realize these guys have each won multiple pro shows and placed top 10 at the Olympia multiple times, with Warren a heartbeat away from winning it all in 2009.

What case, in both shows the winners won with perfect scores, thats where the judges placed them, no amount of handwaving is going to change it.
Branch didnt 'nearly win' in fact he only just scraped 2nd.

The point is Warren's leg training is appaerently effective, as it got him that high at the big O and in the top 10 multiple same. Jackson has placed top 10 multiple times, too.

agreed mate, any kind of intense stimulus will allow the muscle to grow, the muscle doesn't know sloppy form and half reps from perfect full reps.
The joints and tendons may suffer because of the ultra heavy weights though.
