Actually that is the ideal age, from a bodybuilding perspective. If you waited til you
were fully grown, say 21, you would have lost many years and would be behind the curve compared to others who started earlier. I also believe steroids work better the younger you are.
Almost all the best bb'ers started in their teens.

However, you can only judge it in retrospect if it was all worth it in the end.
Organs aren't main worry imo. It's the psychological impact.

It's a plus if you can stay away from rec drugs. And stupid shit like heavy oil use.
