Michael Brown’s step father Louis Head could be in serious trouble today after the Missouri Lt. Governor said he should be arrested and charged with inciting a riot.

Lt. Governor Peter Kinder said this after a video of Head screaming “burn this b*tch down” to an angry Ferguson crowd went viral this week.

The clip was played during Kinder’s recent appearance on The Laura Ingraham Show, and the host asked what his reaction was.

“That he should be arrested and charged with inciting to riot,” Kinder responded.

Head’s arrest would come as a major blow to Brown’s family, as he serves as a patriarchal figure to them all.

Give me an example.  I want an example of actual racism, not just saying something you don't like.  Stating unpleasant facts isn't racism as much as you would like it to be. The thing is, in his world calling someone a racist is enough. He never has to prove it. He thinks his emotional reaction to a comment or an issue is evidence of racism. He will make a million dollars in the next year.   book, movie deal.  He'll probably be the FOX News crime correspondent by January. 

It's a terrible thing he had to kill (and he did), but at 6 foot 4, claiming to be a tiny 5 year old fighting the Hulk, he isn't cut out for police work.  And his claim he was 20-30 feet from police car (when it was 150+ feet) shows he either bends facts, or he doesn't understand distance.  Whatever the case, he wasn't a good cop, he'd be better making a $$ and retiring in 5 years comfortably from the book deal.
