And got whole new set of dentures, spine straightening surgery, hair plugs, actually ate 1 vitamin, travel back to the past and stop his mum conceiving him with a squirrel.....

Nothing to fix here, his whole head is one catalogue of catastrophies, and physically it doesn't get any better, I don't see the gym doing much for him.

If I had a daughter and she turned up with this I would tell him "fuck you think you're doing son?" and would feel like I failed my daughter too.
