Somebody send this kid a video of ronnie coleman training he most likely would die from being too motivated.

That would explain his 3-4 plates on the hammer strength machine.

Folks need to make up their minds here. One minute, they're complaining about Heath using "only" 3-4 plates per side on the Hammer Machine, saying he should train like Ronnie Coleman. But, some of those same folks are now picking on Ronnie because of his nerve damage, muscle tears, and recent hip surgery due to his superheavy lifting.

It's the "Golden Era" syndrome. Folks who came up during the mid/late 90s and early 2000s are doing the same routine with Ronnie, that the cats from the 70s were doing with Arnold.
