Folks need to make up their minds here. One minute, they're complaining about Heath using "only" 3-4 plates per side on the Hammer Machine, saying he should train like Ronnie Coleman. But, some of those same folks are now picking on Ronnie because of his nerve damage, muscle tears, and recent hip surgery due to his superheavy lifting.
I've noticed the contradictions as well.
On one hand, people will say BB was better in the past when physiques were be judged on quality over quanity yet on the other hand, they slate Phil for looking small compared to his rivals.
Phil trains smartly reducing the risk of injury so "trains like a pussy" but Coleman's intensity in the gym is now being (partially) blamed for his declining health.
