i tried a big bulk once and i permantley felt uncopmfortably full and about to throw up all the time

10 minutes pinning a day makes even hardcore dudes tire of it. I don't know what it is about it, but it's not much fun after a while.

Eating like that takes a lot of motivation, a lot. It may be stupid but it's not easy.

I saw some clip on youtube of this guy thrashing that UK whore Jodie Marsh. Got a positive impression of the dude.

Heart in the right place, perspective on gear, training and diet is not unfortunately.

Shame really, could have possibly had a good physique with smarter training and advice on diet etc earlier on in life.

Good example of why bodybuilding advice shouldnt be taken from dealers.

That guy does not look like your average fat bodybuilder. He is huge.  Fucking A!
It still takes dedication to do what he does and who knows maybe next year or two he is gonna get cut. Right now he is just permabulking. A lot of Pros do that now.lol Why cant he do it?
