once made.
A buddy of mine from HS is a kidney doctor, and he has been telling me that he has to work "10 times harder to make the same money" since ACA.

I'll cut corners on buying a loaf of bread, and I'll try to get a good deal on a car or house, but I don't bargain shop for dimestore discount brain surgeons and cardiologists. I want the best guy at the top of his class making the most money to be the one cutting on me.
