Guys are delusional about their body fat just like they use a short range of motion to think they can handle heavy weights.

The gold standard that all these tools are calibrated too is under water weighing. Nothing is 100% but that's as close as you can get. 5'8" 167 at that body fat percentage is really fantastic.

It's not, to be sure, although I honestly expected he could bench into the low threes at 170.  I was doing that when I was sixteen and fairly lean at that weight -- but to be fair, I was also nowhere near a 540ish deadlift and, at that point in my training, I'd never actually squatted :\

I'm also 5'7" on a good day.  I was shorter when I was 16, perhaps in no thanks due to how much I used that stupid fucking Duo-Squat machine.
