All these guys non pro or non competitive bodybuilders taking steroids so they look jacked in a Tshirt , are not thinking ahead. But we all have to make our own choices.

i hear u but its hard not to keep taking huge amount of drugs when u r a pro trying to make money off the sport, its hard to tell a guy whos 20 that he may have health problems when hes 50,they aint thinking that far ahead,then bam,your 50 n u say oh shit when the doc says u have organ trouble

I know Mike went into detail on his issues years ago on the BB.com radio show with Dan Solomon and Chic.  He stated alot of his issues were heart disease related due to eating something insane like 5 pounds of red meat a day.  The saddest part is Mike didn't know any better, and by the time he did, the damage was irreversible.

I sat beside Mike backstage when he guest posed at the collegiate/masters nationals many years ago.  We were all competing in the collegiates and he basically told us all if you don't turn pro by your 3rd or 4th show find a new hobby cause it ain't worth it and you don't have what it takes.  I can remember him almost having a purple/reddish color to his skin.  rest in peace Mike.


That's 2 this summer from that era.....Comerford in May and now Mike.

Its inaccurate to say that dude , massive steroid abuse is what kills you. I don't think running small doses over time does you in like this.
