I wouldn't say im jealous but fuck it does sometimes get to me when i bust my ass for the littlest of gains at a snails pace while seeing dudes at my gym completely transform their physiques in 3 months.

No offense but we have a different definition for "blow up"

But im a middle road kinda guy ... 500mgs a week plus front loading superdrol 20mgs for 3-4 weeks is the plan. No pussy footing around.

Yup, but ain't nothing gonna change until the pin goes in.

And I hope that you'll "blow up" the way you like on the dosages you mention, because I have a feeling that a lot of guys really believe that "fresh receptor" bullshit and think that they are gonna go Bruce Banner on 500mg and when it doesn't happen, they are depressed.
