Back from Ibiza-Pics added

This holiday has been nothing short of epic, met up with the coolest bunch of people and went out to boat parties and clubs for three days straight, we did Ushaia where Snoop Dogg turned up, Pacha with Bob Sinclar spinning, Space was freaking insane I had goose bumps when some beats were dropped, it was emotional saying good bye to everyone and going back to reality, we drank and laughed til it hurt and kept going...and off course some amazing sex in between for good measure :-D

Just get your flight, the hotel you can crash at mine, I booked a hotel room that sleeps 4 this year, I think I had 6/7 people in and out by the second day...I'm sure some of them I never met or knew lol. One big happy "fucked up" family.

BTW, my diet was as follows and I LOST weight  

11am-Full English, orange juice, two croissants, Latte with sugar and a yoghurt

3pm Cheese burger fries and full fat coke and Icecream

9pm XL Peperonni Pizza, ful fat coke and desert (cheese cake...etc)

6am two slices of Pizza or a Kebab and water then sleep

Yes, by the port still. I don't think they move locations in last 8/7 years since I first set foot in it.

Did you ever do the Manumission nights? that was one hell of a night I was blown away back in 2007 when I went for my first one.

Are you planning on going again?

Last time I went I think I was 29, decided to out grow it and went to Marbella and St Tropez than the usual romantic hols with a girl, Dubai, Caribean whatever....but Ibiza was ALWAYS at the back of my mind no matter what for all these years, hence I pledged to come back and do it again and it didn't disspaoint. Will go back again...life's too short, Carpe That Fucking Diem  

As for the diet, I think being awake and moving around so much and in the heat....the body literally burns off everything you out into it. This is me on my last day, leaner than when I first arrived yet was eating clean before (mostly)
