Anyone else sick with cold?

I almost went to office today, but as soon as I stood up outta bed my head started spinning and although I felt a bit better I said "no....one more day to help clear this out."

Yep, as soon as I pop antihistamines at work it's lights out for me.  Anything that can cause drowsiness puts me down.

Been taking nyquil and benedryl at night and drinking a healthy dose of black tea with lemon during the day. Keeps the symptoms at bay, but still feel like hammered shit all the time.

By the way, if anyone has any advice regarding cold meds that actually work please let me know. I rarely get colds, but when I do they hit me like a train.

You're taking the best OTC I know of.....with colds (for me) it's treatin symptoms and waiting it out.

I do use nosespray too.

Sometimes that Theraflu stuff has helped.

I have had fever and flu like symptoms for the last 21 days. Today i started bleeding from my nose, hears, fingernails and even my eyes. I think i have Ebola. I am going to wait a few days hoping to see what's up.

Sick for a week


Felt something was not right last Sunday, and started having running nose and sore throat on Monday, took Tuesday off from work, went back to work on Wednesday and Thursday, felt worse, took another day off on Friday.

Rested the whole weekend without taking anything. Now, still feeling a little bit weak but back to normal.

Been a couple of years since I had a cold or flu. Stay away form sick shit bags, wash hands frequently and keep your hands away from your eyes mouth and ears. Supplement with vit c w/bioflavonoids daily.

Easy, we stay home when we're sick and work remotely so we don't pass around whatever bug we have on to one another for the next 1-2 months.  So instead of 8 working remotely here and there hopefully only 1 does.
