Even if they do win the senate, you'll hear nonstop "So, um, I see obama just did XYZ.... You have both house and senate, and you can't stop him.  Don't ya wish you had impeached when you had the chance?

Where is this 33%......there's no great outcry to impeach. They would need a clear cut case and the media would have be calling for his head. None of that is happening.
