I saw an 11th grader who weighed maybe 135 pounds curling 60 pounds.
Weight doesn't matter, its all about the tension on the muscle

Hes precontest..........No sense of injuring yourself

He knows what works best for his body

Hes training smart to save his joints, so he can retire with good joints.

:D

In before someone says, "Weight doesn't matter, its all about the tension on the muscle" or "Hes precontest. No sense of injuring yourself" or "He knows what works best for his body" or "Hes training smart to save his joints, so he can retire with good joints."

Well they'd be right. If he's getting the same results curling 60lbs as he would curling +200lbs then I don't see why he should bother lifting heavy and potentially risk an injury.

Just because Heath doesn't show his strength much doesn't mean he's weak. No one carrying so much muscle on their frame will be weak. Heath just does what works best for him.

Anyone remember Ronnie curling 50-55 pounders in his Unbelievable Vid?
Also, I remember Ronnie saying when doing 21s, put 35s on each side and do that.
He had 45,s on , still light weight
Heavy weight don't build arms IMO
choice is an illusion

These are the 45s. But, I do agree with you. Also in Phil's first vid he is seen curling with A LOT heavier weight. I do agree that for someone known for his arms, he should have showcased some heavier weight...even Levrone did "100 pound dumbells in your face".

Exactly, this is mr o yet his form looks shit and he's using unimpressive weight. What is his intention here?

Dun matter if he doing drop sets or fag sets. You don't post videos of you curling 60 lb with 2 arms. It's fugking pointless.

Was that even 120 lbs on there. Oh wait...he posts this hoping the "haters" will hate on him. I can take a ghetto school kid off the street put him in Phil's position and he can do the exact same thing. It's funny because he actually believes he is special.

I've never seen Dorian take a trip to Pittsburgh in an Olympia prep. We all know Phil reads this so here it goes. We know you're scared of Kai now. You are the ultimate tryhard and if Kai didn't have his backstory you would not be Mr Olympia period. Stick to impressing the uninformed on social media and hawking your magic pills hoping to fund you pseudo rich lifestyle. It won't last more than 10 years tops and its back to the signing autographs for 20 dollars like Ferrigno. At least he had enough sense to go into the movies and make real money.

All those titles and he still behaves like an overgrown manchild.

let us look at heaths arms compared to your boy friends arms... which of them has the arms of a bodybuilder?

The fact that a teenager can post less than 140 character and wreck a bodybuilder shows their perceived value to society. But hey what do I know. I'm posting from my mom's basement and am a neckbeard with autism right according to some of you here?

No wonder that he has good arms.
I train super light and struggling with 30kg barbell curls.
And my arms are biggest in our gym(of course except Paco...).

To be honest my arms grew a lot after doing 100 reps with lightweight at the end of every arm workout.

This, he's trying to get as much blood in the muscle as possible, and maintaining his size. Sure he figured out the formula by now.
