dexter turtle pot bellied abs are nothing compared to Haidars abs.. if you would put a t-shirt on Dexter he would look like a pregnant manlet
I agree Haidars abs are better then dexters and like i said I wouldn't of bitched of they gave ahmed haidar the sandow. I have not seen Dexter ever look that out of shape on contest day! Dexter is probably 15 lbs heavier or more then Haidar and dexters legs are WAY better then ahmads. Also dexters shoulder striations are fucking crazy! Dexters Triceps are just shredded slabs of muscle. I saw dexter in 2008 at the Olympia (the year he won) and dexter looks fucking crazy in person and he is humble and nice, Melvin Anthony was there that year in great shape as well and he looks crazy in person(waist was like 27In maybe 28In and he was just filled out with lean muscle everywhere, I don't think Dexter or melvin were moe then 2.5%BF by night show they were round 3-4%BF but in the morning they looked crazy!
I'm not saying ahmad Haidar was off (Haidar is always ripped!) but he never puts on any size. That year both dexter and melvin put 10-15 pounds of solid muscle gains on. Not easy to do.
