over the counter sleep aids

occasionally i take some over the counter sleep aids such as simply sleep by tylenol and equate.  the ingriedient is dipenhydramine hci.  anyone know if there are any real side effects?

Stick with something more natural like Melatonin, 5HTP, valerian or chamomile..

I totally agree...Melatonin worked great for me, another supplement that I found helped my sleep was ZMA although it didnt' do anything else for me.

Yep...sometimes so vivid I wake up and am not sure whether that was a dream or really happened until i think about it  :-\
