i saw the documentary on bertil and his friend said bertil was always secretive about how long he had been training because it was embarrassing to him how long he had trained to get where he was

They showed him as a kid, he wasn't all that big. Just a typically looking kid. The ultimate problem with Bertil was he was massively insecure. Like he was trying to defeat the little boy inside of himself, when really he never grew up emotionally.

I believe that was Rick Wayne, the 1970s Shawn Ray. And to be honest, I'd rather look like Rick Wayne back in his heyday than Bertil Fox in his.
