Currently running 500mg test e per week for about 12 weeks now and want to drop it down to 250 per week as I feel water is a bit of an issue. I want to know that if I add 250mg of EQ per week is that high enough to reap the benefits or am i better off running 100mg of tren e and upping it to 200 after I see if I can handle the sides initially?
(I do a fair bit of cardio also, will the tren E hurt in this aspect also?)
