The past two years, I've juiced from April to October, coming off cold turkey for the 6 months in between. Yeah, I shrink and look average, yeah I stop lifting in lieu of cardio, yeah I eat normally....big deal. Within 1-2 months of some test, strict diet, and training I'm back to where I was.
Coming off isn't a big deal. Coming off and trying to keep bodybuilding isnt going to end well
