If you train in the morning on a empty stomach then bcaa is perfect for you and also people who are on low carb diets bcaas helps you to keep muscle, the people that I know who use it says it helps them to train longer and they feel less sore the next day.

What do you think about what Jerry Ward said about taking BCAAs while on a keto/low carb diet? That it apparently bypasses using ketones and burns the easily available branch chains, which are easier for the body to use than ketones.

most pros are sponsored so will use their companies products. I dont use bcaa's I think there should be enough amino acids floating around from all the protein rich food I eat.

Weider supplement sponsorship was only $ 700 p/m, regarding to Nasser  :D

I feel like your stupid ass flips open a flex magazine

or goes onto BB.com

and just straight up pastes advice for the idiot consumers who make the supplement industry the monster that it is

you NEVER mention steroids yet you are what... 250 at 8%? and why aren't you competing at that beastly size?

you must at least have some knowledgable information on steroids?

but you wouldn't even know how to open an ampule or inject yourself without somehow getting an injury which will require an ambulance (which only a true fucking troglodyte brained sub 70 iq retard could do )

but you would manage it

just admit you are a fat kid

and stop it with this bullshit

or tell us your cycle, bitch?

Sounds like a decent, easy to do idea and might actually help a bit.

Still expensive, the Extend I used to pay £36 for had 90 servings.

Is BCAA actually used by professionals?

I thought it was a huge scam  ???

Actually really like aminos, I only use protein supplements post training but unless its hydrosolate ill split it with aminos, since im carb backloading, the aminos specifically leucine help to spike insulin and works well with said spike.
